After you place the order please allow us 24 hours to process your order. Be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends.
At this moment we deliver only to Romania.
In Romania we deliver using Fan Courier in 1-2 business days. We offer free shipping for orders above 300 RON, and charge a fee of 22 RON for orders below 300 RON (13 RON fee for Bucharest only).
After an order has been packed and an AWB generated, you will receive another email which contains the tracking number of your order so you can monitor its delivery progress. In the unlikely event of delivery problems at our end, we will keep you informed by email of expected dispatch dates.
Be aware that you need to show an ID card upon delivery.
Refusing a package delivery for any reason is considered a Return and the Return policy will apply.
